In a small village, a young girl went from house to house,
sharing the Gospel and handing out booklets about Jesus. She had a heart full
of faith and a passion for spreading the love of Christ.
One day, after she had shared about Christ with a family, a
frustrated mother challenged her. With anger in her voice, she pointed to her
son and said, "Look at my child and tell me more about God!"
Her son, Pathum, had been born crippled. He couldn’t talk,
stand, walk, or do the things other children his age could. He moved only by
dragging himself, and his condition had brought great sorrow to the family.
The girl looked at the boy and, with unwavering faith,
simply said, "God can heal your son." Then, without even
praying, she left, trusting that God’s power was beyond human words.
A Divine Encounter
A few days later, the same mother came looking for the girl.
This time, she seemed embarrassed and overwhelmed. There was something
different about her—her frustration had turned into awe.
Curious, the girl asked, "What happened?"
The mother, with tears in her eyes, explained, "I
mocked God. I held out the booklet and said, ‘If God is real, let my son take
this.’ To my shock, my son suddenly jumped and grabbed it from my
hand—something he had never done before!"
Transformation Through Faith
Deeply moved by what had happened, the mother asked the girl
to pray with her, seeking God’s forgiveness. From that moment on, the family
started following Jesus, surrendering their lives to Him, and growing in faith
as devoted Christians.
This miraculous event happened in 1997—and that young girl
is now my wife, whom I married in 1999. As for Pathum? He is now a grown man,
living proof of God’s power and mercy.
God’s Grace is Truly Amazing!
This story is a testimony that God still works miracles
today. He hears the cries of the brokenhearted, and His power is not limited by
human doubts. If you are facing an impossible situation, remember: With God,
all things are possible.
“For nothing will be impossible with God.” — Luke 1:37
